Bungalo

Bungalo is a cottage rental website, that focuses on unique cottages where customers can have a special experience while staying at one. Bungalo has serviced customers from all around the world for more than 8 years and has more than 500 cottages available in Iceland.

There, I managed the website and business including, sales, marketing, partnership with providers and operational.

My days at Bungalo has been very occupied on increasing sales, taking care of customer service along with consulting the providers. As a project manager, I also work with the marketing, developers and finance team. During my time at Bungalo we successfully improve the marketing strategies and increase sales in Iceland on the long term range.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a high-quality business strategy for Bungalo
• Oversee all operations and business activities
• Analyze problematic and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
• Create and uphold a good business relationship with property owners
• Oversee all website analytics and KPI
• Responsible for all bookings and customer service
